10 days after the order is placed, the product is still out of stock, you can apply for cancellation and refund.

After placing an order, if there is a price increase before purchasing, you need to re-quote. If you cannot accept the new price, you can apply for cancellation of the order and refund.

Appointed purchasing is a customized payment under the Consumer Protection Act and is not applicable to the seven-day cooling-off period.

HERMES

All packages come with complete accessories (paper box, dust cover, paper bag, original purchase certificate)

Small leather goods, accessories, and shoes are all distribution categories, and all have paper boxes.

Children's Bag Category no paper box.

* If there are two items of bags on the purchase certificate at the same time, the original will be given to the bag with the higher price, and the photocopy of the other bag will be given.

* Regulations vary depending on the country where the counter is located. The plastic cover on the strap of the bag is required by the counters in some countries to remove the plastic cover before handing it over to the customer.

* To protect the purchaser's personal information, all relevant information will be redacted.

* Since the purchase certificate will be given to the customer along with the bag, there is no purchase certificate for accessories, but the price will be the discounted price for distribution.

Bags, small leather goods, accessories, and shoes all come with dust jackets, cartons, paper bags, and purchase certificates copy.

* CHANEL's fur hats and scarves have different regulations in each store, so sometimes paper boxes and paper bags are not included. The accessories provided by the original store shall prevail.

* If other brands need a carton, they will be charged TWD 1000-1500 for international shipping depending on the size

* If the brand package itself does not provide a carton, it cannot be added.
